try moving it in small increments b4 you try to start it...
hopefully you will get it into a range where it would at least fire up the car

Plug wires in correct order? Connectors to the dizzy plugged in? I know it sounds simple, but sometimes it is the simple things that are forgotten.
Start over, check for fuel, then check for spark. Also check your timing belt for correct cam/crank timing. Sometimes the gears will skip a tooth or several teeth.

Yea check to make sure the spark plug wires are in the correct order in the engine and on the dizzy and that the dizzy is for the right OBD for the car.
