Default first step to ITB-----IM flanges pix as requested

here they are focks machined IM flanges made out of T651 aluminum ( strongest AL).. it took me 4 fours to make plus aluminum cost. so far i'm trying to get $80 a piece unless i have a couple of people so i can go and buy the cnc program that my boss keeps reminding me how expensive it is ( i work in a machine shop by the way) the waives in the bottom are not necessary just cosmetic so if i dont have to machine those it would cut labor down and therefore the price. i found someone locally that tig welds so next time you'll see pix with runners welded on the flange, which would make it very easy for someone to clamp ITB at the end. price of flange with runners will be around $300. you can easily get ITB at a local bike shop very cheap. ITB are getting cheaper

looks good..props for a good product..but the price is way to high..flanges can go for around $50-60 on here and the runners plus welding shouldnt add up to 300..if u can lower the price some how i'll totally get one..170-180 i think is a good price..

looks like DonF can sell them for $50.00

tig welding cost 100
aluminum cost 40
aluminum tubing 40
labor to make flange and tubing fit 5-6 hrs

i could defently sell the flange cheaper, but there is no way in hell i'm selling a finished product for $170-180. you geek
i dont work for free and if i'm making a finished product i plan to make more then 10 bucks for all the trouble and people i have to go through.

SO PLAIN AND SIMPLE ----why dont you make them for $170

ALSO- the other guy only makes them for gsr i make them for any Honda engine, any thickness, any size bore.

for now if i get 5 people dont matter what engine application price for flanges will be $80 shipped. IM me if you want one
