Default Got my Flamenco T kit today (thanks stan) Have a few questions

Please note, this is with the firewall kit

Now, Lets name each fitting from left to right, going 1 2 3 4 5 6. 5 and 6 are connected to the short line that runs off the block, is the silver fitting (at the end of number 5) connect to the block? With the diferent sized threads?

Also, where does number 1 connect to? It has a silver fitting on it too, and lastly, where does my old oil pressure gauge connect to, what fitting?

Oh yeah 1 more thing... the number 4 fitting just confuses me, it has threads on the inside and threads on the outside, where does this go I'm completely confused, the last thing i wanna do is mess up and threads on my block and my fittings

The #4 fitting looks like the BSPt the NPT fitting. You use that on your turbo oil feed. That fitting threads into the block, then the #1 fitting threads into that for a perfect setup. They are one TPI different. to Stan for doing it that way 100% perfect.

Okay, I made a mistake. YOu have some extra parts, the oil feed line kit with the firewall kit uses less fittings that I gave you.

Okay, you have the firewall assembly correct.
-Connect the bspt (silver fitting) and the straight brass adapter using a vise.
-Screw both of that parts to the oil pressure sender hole on the back of your block
-Attach on end of the line to it.
-mount the Double Tee on the firewall
-Screw another straight brass adapter to one of the port on the double tee. Hint: use the port pointing down.
-Attach the other end of the line to that straight adapter on the double tee

Your firewall kit install is DONE, now to the feed line kit

- Screw another straight brass adapter from your feed line kit bag to the double tee. Hint: use the side port
- Attach one end of the turbo feed line (the longer one) number 3 on your pics
- screw the 90 degree brass adapter to your turbo, number 3 on your pic ( if you have a 4 bolt turbo garrett, then you need to screw the 90 degree brass adapter to the Number 4 fitting, and install both of them in the turbo cartridge)

Attach the other end of the turbo feed line to the 90 degree adapter.

Hope this helps...sorry for giving you too many parts and confuses you

stan
