Default Carbon fiber hood question

Has anyone ever painted their cf hood.

What is involved?

Also have holes drilled for hood pins.
Dont want the hood pins anymore.
Want to repair holes or get black pins or locks

Has any ever done this.

Since your going to paint it, I think you can just use some kind of epoxy to fill the holes. Toss a layer of paint and a clear coat, and I'd think you'd be good to go.

Also, my hoods fram doesnt stick to the back of the hood. It is hard to expain but the edges of the frame are the only thing holding the carbon fiber hood together. It is also very limp and wobbly. Not stiff like my friends hood.
