Default Carbon fiber hood question

Has anyone ever painted their cf hood.
What is involved?

Also have holes drilled for hood pins.
Dont want the hood pins anymore.
Want to repair holes or get black pins or locks

Has any ever done this.

Also my hood is very flimsy and is wobbly. The frame is only holding the hood on the edges. Kinda worried. B/c it isnt stiff like other cf hoods.
