Default just bought gsr

Hey guys i just got my 01 gsr. I plan to have my car as a daily driver but would also like to bring it to the track sometimes. My ultimate goal would probally be to run in the 13's mid to high.
My main concern is reliability. Its goin to be a daily driver and reliability is the reason i buy honda/acura stuff.
any help tou guys can give me is appreciated thanks in advance

you should definatley pick and choose your route right now...turbo or n/a..because you dont want to be buying parts you dont need if your going to boost...ex. intake , headers.. if your going for n/a just start with the basic i/e/h.. my best advice as of now

I think the best bet for you would be a turbo setup on the stock motor. 13's should be acheivable at around 8-9psi.

WELCOME to H-T

and if you opt for N/A-- DO NOT SKIMP--

you'll want a setup similar to this

do u wanna spend & or not? can you have down time on your ride or not (guessing not)????

cometic fi hg, peice a turbo kit together, hondata, clutch, 10 lbs and your done. hahaha it seams simple, not too much dt if you have everything ready to go.

i built my na motor but i had lots of down time.

The best bet to get to the 13s is a jackson racing blower. Good horsepower and torque and you car can still be a daily driver. Jackson even offers a an 8psi pulley that i've been told runs closer to 9psi.
