Default Going Turbo...

I have a '94 GSR which i was originally going to go for all motor on but i switched my mind. I want to turbo now. I want to keep my A/C and be able to drive this car everyday. I also want to be in the low 13's high 12's...although faster then that, if possible on an everyday driver, would be great. I have been doing alot of reading and from what i have read alot of people like the sc61 turbo. Now im completely new to the whole turbo talk so i have no idea what kind of turbo this is, what it is capable of and things of that sort. So can someone please help me with some setup ideas. (also i was planning on piecing together a kit)

why don't we put these questions in a sub FI section? wouldn't that make sense since they are answered every single night?

GSR94Black... how much money are you willing to spend?
