Default about ready to give up with my b16 swap...need help

Sup guys, I really need help. Can't get my car to run right.
Ok, here is the situation, hopefully someone has gone through this and can help me out. Its a first gen b16 into a 91 STD
So we got the car running and everything. The only problem is that when I turn on the car and start driving it before 30 secs after i turn it on, it will idle just fine but it black smokes. It will stay black smoking the whole time im driving in. but, when I first turn on the car and let it idle for about a 30 secs, the idle will jump to 2500 and it will throw me the map sensor code (5) and the black smokes stops. It only black smokes at high rpms.
Can the black smoke be bad injectors? I have both o2 sensors plugged in, new wires, new plugs.
I know my vacuums are messed up. the thing is that I think my motor is from a jdm integra and it has like 2 more little vacuum connections on the IM. All the pics I have seen don't have those, i'll try to post a pic.
Thanks, hope someone can help me.

I have a b16 in my 91 dx. My manifold also has two extra vacuum connections that go to nothing and my engine runs fine like this. You just have to try different hoses on different connections until it runs ok. hopefully someone can get you a picture.

The black smoke is probly bad rings.
I only have 3 vaccume lines running into my manifold and it looks pretty good.

well, i tried moving them around.
i used this diagram https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=293057 but my idle stays at 2500 the whole time and I think the black smoke too, not totally sure on that. Can bad vacuums cause the smoke or do I need to check something else for that? I'll post some pics later, my friend has my cam right now.

the black smoke is probably from the map sensor code,

when you throw the map it starts dumping fuel, so your probably running really rich,

check your wiring, and then check the mapsensor, maybe its bad. or its not wired properly
