Default Koni Special shocks

Hey i got a quick question. Any body here have the Koni Specials (reds) shocks on there integra. I need quick info... how do you guys adjust them to the stiffest? Do you just hold it and turn it to the right? or left? and how do u know when to stop?

also anyone have pix of there's off the car so i can tell i got the right ones? thanks

i thought the reds werent adjustable...just the yellows...

Yea just checked the site and the specials are non-adjustables. More suitable for just replacement.

The ones you want are teh Koni Yellows it is adjustable and I know they are a nice set cause my friend had them and when adjusted right it is a great ride for street and track.

wrong people

The Koni red shocks are indeed adjustable, but not externally like the yellow shocks. To adjust the reds (choice of 3 positions) you have to compress the shock piston all the way, and then turn it to the position you want.

LoL so i guess the words ADJUSTABL writen all over it mean nothin. They are 2-way adjustable i know that.

how do i get it to stiffest. turn it to the right/left?

or just disassemble if you want to adjust and then reinstall.

i have the reds. they are adjustable, but i don't mess with it since its not external. i have them with ground controls - rides great

I've got a set on my civic hatch, and they kick ***!!! Working on getting a set for my integ. Hopefully soon.

Are they really stiff at the stiffest setting? They are redound adjustable right?

Yeah, there're pretty stiff if you have the right setup. On my car, you can literally feel it in your back on bumpy roads. Pretty rough but still awesome.
