question about seat harness and no roll bar/cage.
is the only reason why it is not good to not have a bar/cage b/c if you roll over you can duck out of the way?? say if you are in just a little fender bender, or some other kind of accident other then a rollover, will it hurt you then?? im sure this has been covered a 1000 times, but i lack search skillz.
WTF
It's good to have a roll bar/cage, so you dont have to duck.
It's bad to wear a harness without a roll cage b/c you CANT duck in the event your car rolls over.
Then you start to get into the issues with mounting locations of the harness and ****. Like 40 degrees or great and other such issues.

They now make 4 point harnesses that are DOT legal for street use. They use some sort of tensioning device that allows you to slip out of the way.
If you have to have harnesses these are the ONLY ones I would use on the street. I won't even buckle up in my friends car who's harnesses are installed improperly.
