Default My Idle Problems Still Exist

Hello everyone...this is my first post on honda-tech. Here is my problem. I have 94 B18C1 with a Skunk 2 single butterfly IM, 98 P73 ECU, in 96 EK hatch...I have had a high idling problem for a long time & since it has been cold it dies after a second or 2 of running. I checked & re checked for vac. leaks and there are none. IAC was replaced in the summer & ECU was repined. There were no CEL codes at that time. I just replaced the Throttle Body last week from another GSR with no FIT Valve and now it is idling super low at 500 rpm & lower & it dies quicker than before. I adjusted the idle screw almost all the way out & it had no efect at all. It is now throwing a code (I will check when I get home) I think with the TPS. Is there any way to adjust the FIT (Fast Idle Thermo) Valve to get it almost closed up on my old throttle body. I also scraped the terminals clean on dist. Would a blown head gasket be another cause of this on going idle problem? I am at my wits end with this damned project.
