well i have decided to upgrade my sound system just a bit. i drive alot in my car and i want to feel like home in it. i want to put in a in-dash tv but cant decide if i want a motorized one or flush mount. if anyone has some pics that would be great or your opinion. also i was thinking of mounting a 10" or 12" sub in the trunk cover of my car. has anyone done this and if so how does it sound.(i will also buy an amp to push the new beast). or do you think it will be to heavy for the cover and i should not waste my time.

It looks like it belongs there. Most people think it's stock. It's a 7" Panasonic. I molded the bezel with MDF, bondo and resin. I have DVD and Nav. going through it. It is cut off a little bit by the deck but just about all of my movies are letterbox so no picture is covered. Plus to be able to actually see picture, you need to tilt it back like that because of the viewing angles. All custom baby!

I'm using a Kenwood Z910DVD head unit, KNA-DV3100, and a Panasonic 7" monitor. It would be really hard to do a DIY on it because there was alot of modifications.

Reason I put the monitor on the bottom is so I can still use my cup holders and be able to function the stereo. If you don't car about the cup holder. Put the stereo on the bottom.
