well when i went to get my nitrous filled they ephed up the bottle pretty bad and came back with it leaking... the guy obviously overfilled it but he claims he started fill it when he discovered the "seal between the bottle and valve" ruptured.

My question is, how do i seperate the valve fro mthe bottle?
