Default motor won't rev passed vtec cross over

what do u guys think it can be

right when vtec tries to engauge it boggs and acts like a rev limiter

i checked wiring it is right on

what other possiblities???

please help me with ideas to check....

yes i have tired sotck ls ecu and it won't go passed 5932 rpms

and if i use my pr3 mugen chipped ecu it won't go passed 7200 rpms

what the hell???

It should be obvious why the LS ECU won't let it rev high. Check your oil pressure and VTEC solenoid.

yes we know the ls ecu wouldn't let me go that far but why the pr3 doesn't either then???


see that is weird and this began right after i change the oil rings to total seal rings instead

i doubt it is that but i guess something wasn't connected or cleaned right???

damm gots me stumped

i will these suggestions

but the oil pressure is good goes to 75psi plus when smashing it

and the vtec i will check again
