I just did a swap from a D16 vtec to a B16 SI engine in a 94 civic coupe ex. I'm having over heating problems and I have changed the thermostat, new hoses, fluidyn radiator, and I think the fan is coming on need to check(Just thought that over). But there is one twist to it I am not getting any hot air through vents just cold air. Plus the bottom hoses that goes to the thermostat is getting hot is like room temp. And this problem is happening in a 23 degree wether. Please any suggestions you can provide would mean a lot to me.
