Default Throttle Cable on a GSR Swap

I just pulled out my LS motor in favor of a gsr on my 95 hb. I was told to use the throttle cable from my LS but it's about 5" too long. WHat throttle cable should I be using? Thanks.

I did something similar to that. I had an extra rubber isolator so I cut it in half, only have way thru along the length of the isolator. I then slipped it over the throttle cable, and a zip tie on each end holds keeps it from popping off the cable when the throttle is applied.

i have a LS swap in my hatch and i used a Del Sol VTEC throttle cable and it worked great...better to spend the $14 instead of rigging it.

I used my stock line, just loop around your engine bay until it feels tight

You can use either the stock civic cable or the gsr cable. I have used both.

just fyi: you can use a stock 92-95 d series throttle cable for the gsr motor. LS, b16a/b, and b18c-r motors use can use the same throttle cable.
