OK, well everybody wants a turbo kit, but doesnt wanna build the motor. I am that person. OK well f-max comes with that msd ignition thing(btm), and drag doesnt. Greddy doesnt come with a front mount interco0ler, and doesnt have an external wastegate, but happens to be the cheapest, regardless of the i/c. I just want to run high 13's at a decent pressure of like 6-7 or even 8 psi...it will be dyno'ed and installed correctly
Drag - $2950
F-max- $3100
Greddy (no I/C) - $2600
which one should i get that would be the safest on the motor, and still have go0d dyno #'s? Any one with dyno's of any of these kits please post, i believe they are all under 250whp...any suggestions???

yes it would be, theres a shop in orlando that will do a complete setup for $right under 3k with IC and fuel management and injectors and dyno tune on there own dyno. I was looking into it about 2 years ageo and decided against it.. but its the better way to go. one thing i do like is the manafold on the greddy

custom is the way to go. i don't like the greddy...i've seen some disappointing numbers put up by turbo'd built ludes with the greddy.

Yep... it's hands down the best one for the least amount of power to produce.

LOL good one.
Try and make a custom turbo setup, you'll be more satisfied in the end (maybe)
It's your own creation, if it works then that's a good enough reward, plus nobody's got what you've got.

Well of course it will make the least amount of power between the choices.
The Greddy kit was designed on stock motor.. stock car. Its a pure bolt on turbo kit that requires no fabrication, no drilling nothing.. Its pure bolt on for a pretty much stock car. That will make good "safe" amount of power.
You can ditch the Greddy FCU and go with a Stand alone system then make more power from there. but there are only limitations to how much power you can make before the ring lands go.

i reviewed the drag gen 4 kit a while back along with pics and dyno charts
on my built motor, got 387HP at the wheels at 15psi. needed only minimal cutting to mount the kit and the overall finish is nice.

All 'kits' are pretty much designed on a stock motor. Boohoo you have to cut the front bumper support to fit the intercooler. Boohoo you have to do a MINOR amount of fabrication here and there. On B series you have to notch out a part of the webbing near the transmission side of the block. If you can't do these simple things you don't deserve to own a turbocharged vehicle. For the amount of money spent I would rather have a kit that produces power and spend an extra hour on the install. But then again... you would think every company would design a simple 'bolt-on no modification necessary' type of turbo kit. If you have designed a kit you would realize it's more work then you think to have everything fit properly.
Just like any other kit, you can always upgrade to a standalone and get more power.

F-max= crap small trim t3/t4 crappy piping; Greddy=internal wastegate, crap; Drag is the way to go just dont use the fuel pressure riser and helper pump its crap also get bigger injectors and someway to control them....Rev Hard int bad either....good luck with your decision
