Greddy Turbo kits Owners
Hey guys. I installed my Greddy Turbo kit last few weekends ago. Im having issues with CEL Code 13.. which is the barometric sensor.
My connections with the Greddy FCU to the Ecu are good and I dont get a Map Code.. just the Baro code. I keep having to reset the ecu but the code still comes back.. Im just wondering if any of you guys out there found out a way to fix the Code 13.
I know the baro sensor is reading atmosphere and the ECU (map sensor) is getting some sort of voltage from the Greddy FCU.. when the ECU compares the Baro Sensor with the Map signal (from Greddy FCU) the ECU then thinks that the baro is faulty when compared to Map
Any ideas?
thanks

Does anyone know exactly how the BARO circuit works? There is no sensor or wire on the ecu for this circuit for the Greddy blue box to tap into or replace. I do know that it is used as a barometric pressure reference and is compared to the MAP voltage when calculating engine load. Just don't know how it works.
the baro sensor does not have a sensor or a wire. it is located inside the ecm. either you have a problem with the greddy hookups or it is a bad ecm. i have never seen a baro sensor go bad. good luck
