greddy turbo kit p1106 baro sensor code

this is the second time i have seen this. p1106. the first car we fixed with hondata, but on this car we have a baro code. it didnt have it before so i dont think it is the ecu. any input would be helpful. t.i.a.

not to be a smartass, but i know that, what i cant figure out is why it presents itslef after a blue box install. i mean there arent that many wires. 4 injectors, 2 map, hot, ground, and rpm. thats all.
What voltage does the ECU see when you initially turn the key 'on'?
The ECU sees a modified voltage coming from the bluebox and if its a big enough difference from the Baro sensor, you'll usually get a code.
