Default Turbo D15 need help and opinions

hey guys I am new to the forum but not new to the scene, I was wondering what people thought or could suggest to help me. I need to know what to do next and what to do to make for sure this engine last. I have a JDM D15Bvtec boosting @10psi with 11psi creep and 12psi spikes, nothing is done to the engine, I have pretty much everything done to the engine as far as boltons, custom intake manifold, polished TB, fully ported exhaust work (but only HF manifold) Turbo is a TDO5H with all dsm workings, fuel pump, afcII, 450's the usual, one major problem is the DSM sidemount and my 1.5"pvc intercooler piping, I am running High 13's at least as I beat a consistant 14.0car easily in every gear at all speeds.
gears go around 30mph 60+mph 93mph 128mph and 5th I have no idea. ANY suggestions welcome I love my 1.5L and I want to keep getting quicker!

I would get your piping straightened out with some 2-2.5" metal stuff and a bigger IC. Then either get yourself Uberdata or at least a msd BTM to pull timing under boost. I think if it was properly tuned you could run 11psi all day long. Just keep up with the oil changes and t-belt and whatnot.

ive read numerous times that PVC emits a chemical when its heated that is aweful for your engine.

sorry forgot to mention timing, yes it is retarted, or I wouldnt have an engine after 7000miles, it is retarted 4 degrees. Uberdata is in the works and 2.5" aluminum piping bought, just need FMIC and piping bent! and I also need to know the best tuning tools once I get uberdata. All I have is a autometer air/fuel ratio gauge, do I need EGT gauge or wideband o2? thanks guys
