searched stock sleeves and didn't find out what kind of compression people run
pretty much hope to max out the 18G at about 330-350whp on stock sleeves. should I go lower compression(8.8:1) or higher (9.6:1)
also with gettin a clean hone on the cylinders make it require 81.5mm pistons? I would like to keep it stock bore but if I have to I will bore it a bit.
Or last but not least just stick with the inline pro head gasket and block gaurd and boost it till it blows on stock internals and then sleeve it?

stick with the inline pro headgasket...tuned well i think it will last quite a while @ 350whp..

what type of management are you running? If you are using an fmu or afc I would lower compression a bit, if you have something you can really tune with stay stock. You shouldnt have to get oversize pistons for a clean hone, they should remove minimal material if they do it right.

for only 350whp keep the sleeves stock. Blockguard isn't required. Get the new headgasket and run the 9.6:1 if its going to be fully tuned.
i would strongly suggest running your compression @ 9:1. avoiding detonation is one of the key elements to running stock sleeves successfully. IMO.

that's what I was thinking the lower the compression the less chance of detonation.
