Default skunk2 manifold and EX harness to B16 questions? need help !

hey guys my friend got a 96 honda civic EX and he just got a a 2000 Si B16 motor. ok from i heard u are suppose to swap the EX harness and put it on the B16 motor. everthing went good except one plug. on the Si motor the CKF? (crank sensor) plug only had 2 wires and on the EX harness there is 3 and the plugs are different. what wires should i connect?

EX harness: 3 wires (white, brown, blue)

Si B16 plug: 2 wires (white and blue) but when i spliced the blue wire there was a brown wire in it. as u can see in the pic the wire is brown but near the plug the wire is blue.

ok now problem 2: i also installed a skunk 2 manifold. there is a hole on the manifold that i guess the AIT sensor is suppose to go but on the 99-00 SI and 96-98 EX the AIT in located on the intake tube. if this is right then what am i suppose to do about the hole under the throtle cable bracket?

ok problem 3: on the back of the sk2 manifold where you connect the coolent there is another small line that connects to it. am i just suppose to plug it up?

i need help asap thanks!

I can't help you with the wiring but may be able to help some with the skunk2 stuff.

I think that you should replace the throttle cable bracket for one for an ITR. The Skunk instructions (if you can call them that) should have the part number.

In the photo that show the top of the manual, that hole with two threaded holes on each side is where the input air temperature sensor goes.

I did an install of a Skunk2 on a GSR and have a page showing what I've done. It may be helpfull, but isn't complete yet. Please keep in mind that the engine isn't installed in a car yet!!!!

The simplest thing would be to just mount a sensor there and not hook it up.

The cleanest would be to make a cover place out of aluminum plate.
