Would this setup be able to achive 400 hp at 15psi

Default Would this setup be able to achive 400 hp at 15psi

is a 98 b18c1

setup is

9-8-1 je pistons eagle rods and a GE blockguard
max rev manifold sc61 76 trim
580 injectors hondata s200
3 inch thermal cat back

looking to make 400 at most is not sleeved so i really don't want 2 go 20 psi to
achieve my goal

To many factors involved but i would have to say yes it will be pretty close. make sure you have the good rod bolts though

the high compression may get you there with good tuning, but to go conservative on the tune and be safe i doubt youll get there. im going to run 9.3:1 sleved with 15 psi with a sc61 and am only looking for 350 at most.....

eagle rods come with arp bolts and yes, they are fine.

you do know that there are differant kinds of ARP bolts right? just saying. if they are the new ones i beleive they upgraded the bolts so you should be fine

Fear detonation if your unsleeved. At that compression with the turbo your using flowing as much air as it will at 15psi, your going to be taking the risk of destroying a cylinder wall upon any sustained detonation. Good chance you can do it with careful tuning, personally id recomend patience and sleeving as if your shooting for 400whp you wont regret the wait and the money spent for the piece of mind and ability to push it further if you so wish, but hey, if you do it thats awesome man, love to see someone else run good tuning on stock sleeves.
