Default Vafc I or Vafc II?

I just put in my h22a in my 94 accord and im planning on getting a Vafc as a primary upgrade and i was wondering what would be better?
i hear from one friend that the vafc II is better because its newer, and i hear from shops that vafc I is better...doesnt version II have all of the features that Vers.1 have and more? and what features does each one have? whats your opinion?
thanks

ah...duh!

vafc two is better than one but there's a downside to it too.

vafc2 do more than the previous model can, but i dont know would it justicify to spend the extra buck, especially everyones jumping to get the version II=vafc price dropped slightly

vafc=good stuff

Ohh, you're spending more money for lower increments when adjusting the VTEC engagement point, and a light that lets you know when you're in VTEC.

Stick with the original, IMO.

there are two nice features of the VAFC II..the password so people can't mess up your settings and the knock sensor hook up. is it worth the extra coin..probably not.
