Default VAFC and VAFC II

I compared some differences but what are the big advantages comapred between these two, like fuctions. If first version controls A/F + adjustable vtec engagement whats so new about VAFC II? compared to price 230-250 and 340-360 for VAFC II is it really worth it for the newest one?

The menus are a little easier to navigate.

from what I understand there are also more points available to tuning.

I am sticking with the orig. vafc and then next I will be think about stand alone fuel management.

First there are 2 saved fuel maps so you can jump from one setup to another. Then there is a 12 point adjustability. Also the Knock sensor reading ( I'm still not sure how this works ).

Does anyone know more about the Knock Sensor? So it detects the Knock then what? Does the VAFC II add fuel to compensate? Anyone know?

Anyone know if the VAFC II uses the same exact pigtail as the original VAFC?

It has extra wires (one for knock sensor, for example), so I doubt it.
