Default price difference??

I have been reading up on vtec controllers and vafc's my main goal is to adjust my vtec engagement a little bit lower then it is. i honostly have no idea what all that air/fuel stuff does and that is my main reason i dont want to mess with it but i was wondering what the price difference is between a vtec controller and a vafc?

I would say with dyno runs the extra money you put into a vafc will be MORE than worth it....but if you want just a vtec adjuster tingy....I saw a thread on here of how to make your own using a shift light.....any help?

I'm kinda new to a lot of this as you can tell and when you have your car dynoed first what does that cost...and do they keep running your car until it is tuned to the best performance?? i will search for that thread on how to make your own vtec controller.
