Default VAFC settings for GSR built for turbo, no boost yet and running rich!

like it says, i got a 94 GSR with CP 9:1 OS pistons mounted to Eagle H beam rods. fuel is stock and timing is stock. no boost yet. all i changed was the pistons and rods from the JDM ITRs i had in there before. the car is running real rich i believe as i have a ton of carbon build up all over my rear bumper. Anyway i hooked up my VAFC today and i got the A/F gauge in there too. All i did so far was change the narrow fuel below 5k to this: 1000 (-15), 2000 (-11), 3000 (-7), 4000 (-2) follwed by everything above it as stock settings (im new to this thing and dont wanna mess with things up top....the wide setting are basically the same but the numbers are like (-9, -6,-3,-2) respectively...now my question is should this alone help my problem or should i change these to a different number? thanx for reading this guys, i appreciate any help or opinions.
BTW i just hit 500 miles on the break in

i changed my oil 120 miles ago and i just hit 500...the oil looks like garbage now too, its got a greenish olive tint to it and is real thin? man this is gay, could that have to do with the fact its running rich?

it sure doesnt smell like oil, its very potent, it can only be fuel or a combo of fuel, oil, antifreeze

ultimetly i would like to know how just by changing the pistons and rods alone can make it run so rich that it jacks up the whole rear bumper and ruins the oil within 100 miles, thats the questions, along with the VAFC crap

you need to give alot more info if you want your questions asked.

my guess would be to check the compression first. if that is ok, then cheack to make sure everything you changed right before the car started running bad is installed correctly...

i did compression test, with the OS 9:1 pistons in there i achieved 165 accross the board, with maybe 3psi difference accross... anyway ive gone over alot of crap and im just wondering if maybe the car just wont run right with those low comp pistons until its tuned, im just looking for a mild tune technique that can get it roughly on track till full tune with turbo

i have a v-afc also. i would suggest nothing at low rpms to be set at a -. gather up about 300 bucks and take it to the nearest shop with a dyno and that is apex'i certified . they will know what to do

i was thinkin the same, but at idle, if the VAFC is at 0, the A/F is burried at rich, and the bumper gets trashed and the ground behind it u can see alot of carbon crap
