what is the maximum amount of boost i can run on stock internals on a jdm gsr? i know the compression is kinda high, but i heard a thicker head gasket will solve that problem to allow safer boost. im trying to run max psi without sleeving it. anyone have this kind of setup?

 

neeewwwbb, ha, first time i ever called anyone that. I don't htink it matters bout the boost. The most a stock motor can handle for a while is prob around 280whp

 

naw they can go up to about 350 if not more. Max boost usually around 14 or 15, not daily though. However there are a bunch of threads about this search is you friend. Ha I always wanted to say that every since the first time it was said to me.

 

think it would last at least 50k miles at 350whp. My block has 40k and head has 73k. I want my engine to last as long as possible after i turbo my car within the next month. Im in the process of getting parts together
