Car not starting. Not hearing fuel pump priming any more. Check the relay? Is it in inside fuse box? Fuel level wasn't registering properly shortly before no start problem. Fuel pump toast? Had problems starting intermittantly,before now.

 

what year accord is it?

 

on the 5th gen accords, the wires that powers the fuel pupm is black w/ yellow stripe and silver dots on it.
get a muiltmeter and with the key on see if you are getting voltage back there.

Got it! The problem was with the sending unit ground connection. Over the years it has just worked itself loose. I have owned this car for over ten years and haven't ever touched it. I wasn't even aware the ground was behind the rear seat (now I know!). Car is a 91 EX. I was also surprised to see what a crappy ground connection this is.
