starting problem

starting problem
just bought a delsol with a stock b16 inside...at first it had no spark..i then changed the coil and the igniter...now theres spark..but still wont start...i checked for fuel pressure and its good...i hear/feel the injectors pulsing...im stumped..any suggestions?

check the fuel pump fuse and listen to the fuel pump start if you hear a werring noise then that means its pumping but if you dont then its pry a fuse or bad fuel pump. The fuel pump will come on for i think 5 seconds when you turn the ignition key.
EDIT : dont try to start the car just turn the key to the on position and listen

i tried listening to it..i could hear it but it was weak...and even if can smell fuel out of the exhaust..u still think the fuel pump could be the problem? i was reading around and maybe it has a bad ground? or should it still start even cause of a bad ground? im gunna try compression check it today maybe the motor is toasted...
