ok this is what happened, finished the turbo kit and were testing the turbo kit so see if it has to work. this is the problem, it did not produce any bust. i checked all the vacum lines and i didnt find any leak and i did not find any leaks in the piping itself. the setup is stock b16, t3/t4 garret turbo .48/.60, precision intercoolerrc 440 inj., e-manage, blitz bov, tial wastegate. the wastegate and bov works and are not leaking. just in case this is important i was just revving the car while it was parked in the garage to see if it would boost, some one told me that it would not produce boost just sitting there because it has no load, is that true. HELP ME PLEASE. I am all out of ideas

 

yes that's true.. you could get boost if you take it to redline, I won't do it though!
just take it for a spin and happy boostin
