Default please expert help turbo problem

Sup, honda tech am having a tuurbo problem I can't solve. It a stock evo 3 turbo that has been rebuilt and been working fine for over a month. My turbo would spool but no boost and the spool noise has gotten quiter use to be real noticable, I can still hear just not as much. I have check everything at least ten time. I did a boost leask test, check the wastegate, open the turbo and everything seem to be in working order I have no loose coupler. Am sure the main problem is the turbo I just don't no how to fix it, the turbo has zero shaft play and spins freely. The problem also occur 4month ago. I fix it back then but all I did was open it up and put it back togther and it worked didn't happen thiss time. Plzzz I need some help. Thanks.

search for large boost leaks, remove your compressor and exhauts housing on the turbo and look for damage to the wheel

Sounds like a major boost leak to me. Either due to a charge pipe coming off or something of the sort. I know you already stated that you checked it all but how thoroughly? Sometimes they can come off without being visually noticeable. Grab each section of intercooler pipe and tug to see if it is loose. Also check your intercooler for any sort of holes or anything but this is uncommon.
