Default do they make turbos that don't need oil lines??

i have a b18c in my 99 civic and want to build a turbo kit for it. I wondered if i can get a ball bearing turbo for it instead of an oil cooled one, if that even makes sense. ( i'm still learning ) I think that they are major $$ if i'm correct, but the spool up is quicker?

Can anyone elaborate for me?

the turbo spins really fast and is moved by hot exhaust gases. the oil lubricates the turbo so it doesnt f up.ball bearing just spools faster. if they could make turbo without oil return lines they would.

Actually there are self oiling units. They hold synthetic oil in there case, much like a supercharger.
