does anyone make an oilless turbo?
just wondering if they have them about t3/t4E size that dont need oil supply lines and returns... if so what are they water cooled? links?

i doubt it will last that long...
they make self lubricating turbocharger setups for motorcycles, but from what i hear, they have reliability issues with them....

There were those variable vane turbochargers that had their own internal oil system so it didn't need lines. I don't think they worked very well though because I haven't heard anything about them for a long time.

There is an oil less, foil bearing turbocharger application licensed to Borg Warner, and in development. It is not available for sale yet, and is most likely 2 to 4 years away.
