Default PLEASE HELP!!! CEL 1, 5, and 45 after turbo install

The shop just finished installing my fmax turbo kit...it was made for a 97-up prelude but they custom fitted it to my h22/civic. All that was different was that I needed a 002 synapse missing link. But anyways, the car idles funny and throws CEL 1, 5, and 41. I'm on stock injectors and running a vafc...the vafc and my boost gauge reads -15 pressure. I have smoke coming out of my exhaust(blackish) and it stalls unless i rev it...i'm guessing that's because of my 1 and 41 CEL which is primary 02 sensor related...should i just change out my 02 sensor? any other ideas?

Update:

without the missing link the car idles fine...but with the missing link the car idles and stalls and putters while it's on partial throttle; i never tried putting it on full throttle....maybe the vacuum lines are wired up wrong....does anyone have a pic of their vacuum lines on a turbo h22?

the mising link is in backwards.....that happened to me. also -15 sounds low for vacum, check for leaks. when i was using a missing link i had to trim the nipple of the map sensor to fit it in corectly. you better get a fuel pump too for that setup before boosting any more than a couple psi.

Get the missing link in properly.
What ECU are you running?

There is not much to the vacuum lines.
You can sspray some brake cleaner to check for vacuum leaks.

CEL 1 is your Primary O2 sensor.
Is it hooked up properly?

Cel 5 is your MAP sensor, verify your "hack" wiring job.

Cel 41 is back to your Primary O2 sensor....heater malfunction.
Make sure its hooked up properly, or replace with known good unit.

You dont have a A/F gauge do you?
If you do, verify the wiring.

boosted DC2: i tried switching the missing link around...no luck....even tried another brand new one....no luck either

psi420: ecu - jdm p13

i need a vacuum line diagram...maybe my vacuum lines are hooked up wrong

my 02 sensors were good only started after the boost install

i didn't do the hack...it's hooked up regular...or is that how it goes....maybe i should try that...but i dont have the larger injectors

What year ECU/Car?

What are the settings on your VAFC.
(Yeah I call any VAFC install "hack")

I would see how your wiring looks on the VAFC.
That only tweeks MAP and TPS settings, and maybe a MAP wire is not hooked up properly.

Did you verify the O2 sensor(s) are plugged in? Properly?

Generally you would know if you had a vacuum leak.
Bad timing or bad fuel settings will cause a low vacuum reading.

What is your base timing set at?

i dunnoe the year of the ECU..but my car is a 99 Civic with OBD1 conversion

i'm goin to move timing to stock

also i plan on doing the VAFC "hack" as i just finished reading that neverending post start by Liam...sounds pretty good....all i need are the DSM 450CC injectors (does it matter what color tops they have?)...are they hard to install in terms of fitiing? do the RC injectors fit perfect?
