Everything started with a crack in the distributor cap. After three weeks having the car halted, I changed the cap and try to start it and engine rotates but do not start. It had fuel in the piston and spark at the distributor (MSD clear cap) but the engine never started.

After 4 weeks of testing there is no spark at the distributor and Im thinking that the initial problem got bigger damaging the ECU. There are no error codes from the ECU all lights lite ok but nothing happens.

check your ignition coil....they go bad more often than you think...especially if you have an ignition amplifier installed. Try upgrading the internal coil for a external unit such as a "SS Blaster". This will definitely give your engine more spark!

 

im having the same problems with my 94 hb. c i bought the car as is and it was not runing, i starter form the simplest of things . checked all the fuses ,battery cables ,starter and distributer. there is power runing threw but noi crank.

 

if its cranking and no spark. i'd check igniter and main relay and all fuses
