Where does this wire go to...?

When thieves jacked my itr, they cut a bunch of wires underneath. I need to know where this wire connects to. Its the red w/white strip wire connected to the headlight switch. I checked all wiring underneath the dash. Nothing else is cut or missing. I think it involves my stock foglights but the foglight wires aren't that low of a guage wiring.

Can anybody help out ....

This is the wire that allows for the foglights to come on only when low beam is switched on...?

I think you are correct. If you want to use the fogs without the Lowbeams, this is the wire you usually splice. Correct me if i am wrong, but i believe this is the wire we used on my buds GSR (almost the same)
