just got new springs..
well i just got my new stock springs that i ordered from a guy in cali cuz my olds ones were cut by the guy that had the car before me and i didnt even think that i would need a spring compressor to get the stock lenght ones on...you guys know any other way to get them on without a spring compressor cuz i cant get the strut off because of the bolt that holds the brake hose to the strut.

huh??
huh??
There are other ways, but thoughs ways are not the right way. Go rent a spring compressor from autozone for 20 bucks, after you return it you get your money back. Your taking a big risk if you do it any other way, I have actually seen someone using a spring compressor and they did something wrong and the spring popped out and killed him. So if you don't know what your doing, go pay someone to do it.

damn you actually saw that... my teacher told me a story of some guy doing that but it was his own dumb fault cause he had his face right in front of it... he must have had some old dumbestic ford truck with those huge *** springs that are like 2 feet long uncompressed... our stock honda springs dont really compress all that much

True, but you can still do seriouse damage with a Honda spring. And the guy is having some problems with the brake lines, so I don't want to tell him another way that might give him trouble and hurt him.
