Default 200whp possible with ITR/CTR cams and 11.8 c/r on jdm b18c??

my block is built 1300ks into the break in so im begining to think about my stock head...i'll be getting hondata very very soon but i want to know if its necessary to go with aftermarket cams to make aorund 200whp on my setup... I know ITR cams give the best midrange which is great for the street so im leaning towards that way...any input is much appreciated

I'm working on it...stock bottom end, stock head, stock came, 188/134. Although I prefer having a fat midrange, as that's where I like the power for autocrossing, daily driving, and whenever I shift I'm in the meat of my powerband.

should be very possible because my brothers ITR (thats for sale, btw https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=680655) made 190 whp (on a dynojet) w/ stock us ITR block, Port & polished head, intake, stock ITR cams, stock headers, no exhaust, no p/s and chipped ecu...any buyers?

Yes, very possible with itr or ctr cams

I made just over 200whp on one of my old motors. Not sure you will make 200 with a stock head and itr cams though.
My setup was:
Stock US ITR block, DPR ported & polished gsr head, itr cams, & the other bolt-ons.

Good Luck on your build.

My only bolt on is a full CTR catback and muffler, but a panel filter and CTR 4-2-1 headers are going on soon
