Default brake pads

need new pads on the type r soon... i was wondering if anyone had any recommendations?

Really depends on your intended purpose/use.
There are several reputable vendors (Cobalt) that you can speak with to see what would suit you best.

i just wanted to see if anyone had any that they particularly recommended.... inteded use would be mainly for street, with the occasional auto x event, or road course event
