Either of those wg's will be fine. Remember, one of the main factors you want to base your wastegate size on is how much exhaust gas you will need to bypass the turbine (how much boost you want to bleed off more or less).

My friend runs a 35 turbosmart, i like it.
Ya more boost means less WG. ironicly most stock turbos have little internal gates, obviously for cost reasons otherwise your moms volvo 850 would have a huge external hanging off the manifold
