I have! It's a pain .... but it pays off.. I bought the rebuild kit for T3 turbo from http://www.turbonetics.com for $75.00. All the bolts are hard to take off, make sure you have a big vise to hold your turbo. make sure you use the correct size of wrench... because you can use the metric/standard combination and next thing you know ...strip bolt. Before you take the Trim off from the shaft ..mark a line for reassembly procedure... to make sure it is balance! Then you need a special pliers to take the c clips... I modified a long nose pliers.. for that purpose.. once it's off ... use a lot of degreaser to take the burnt oil crap that's inside of the oil path...once the cleaning and detailing is done...re-assembly time! make sure all the seals ar lubricated and your work area is clean... try putting some new bolts! (i did!....due to some strip bolts
) Good Luck ... I skip some detailed assembly ...but you should figure it out if you disassemble them...

well, i didn't have enough money to send it out..so I make sure i mark the M10 nut and the threaded part of the shaft before i loosen them out ... so i'll know where to mark them back ..when i reassemble them,.. I'll get the list next time
