How hard is it?
how hard is it to rebuild a turbo with a rebuild kit? and one other question, would a t3 with .63 turbine and .60 compressor be good for about 10-12 psi on an LS integra. thanks.

Rebuilding a turbo is the simplest thing you'll ever do, but can be near impossible. <g>
Turbos held together with V-band clamps, like the Mitsu units, are very easy. Garrett T-series are huge PITA if they haven't been apart in a while... You'll use a couple gallons of penetrating lube and a torch trying to get the rust bolts off.
Check www.dsm.org to walk you through rebuilds. One of the Grand National sites (GN.org or some such) has good Garrett-specific rebuild info. Making sure you have the wheels in proper alignment with the shaft, and whether the parts were balanced seperately or as a unit dictates whether or not you have to have the turbo balanced afterward.
I got my last three T3 rebuild kits from TEC (Turbo Engineering Co) in Golden, Colorado. Expect to pay $58 including shipping, and prompt service.
A .60 trim T3 flows enough for 300 hp, so yes it's a good match for an LS at the typical 10-12 psi power levels.

Re: How hard is it? (Specialk)
I could do better with buying a used smoking POS turbo that hadn't had the wheels hit the housings yet, and swap wategate actuator + housings onto a $125 reman CHRA.
