5 bolt turbo flange questions?!?!?
I have some 5 bolt flange turbo questoins. I recently purchased this 5 bolt flange.
And this is the turbo flange that i have pictures from my turbo.
Now either i orderd a jank flange or its not fitting up right. Please help me. Only 2 holes on the bottom fit right and the others are all next to the hole or off a bit. If that is a good flange then is my turbo just old or are there different 5 bolts to get. If you notice on my flange the low part....on my turbo its higher....more of a square then it is.
Can I use this flange anyways? Can I just get pancake sized washers on the top and crank it down and that will create a good enough seal? I think if i just get huge washers for the top part and crank it down and the washers will hit the edge of the flange it shold create a good seal but i dunno. Please all opinions and help is appreciated thanks.

Re: 5 bolt turbo flange questions?!?!? (gdrum)
You got the Ford 5 bolt flange, and you need the Mercedes 5 bolt which is a larger bolt pattern. I already hooked another memeber on here up with the correct laser cut flange, if you want I can sell you one also.

Re: (Speed-Factor)
I'm helping a friend of mine piece together a kit and I'm not sure which discharge flange I need. The turbo is a garret T3 super60 with a .48 exhaust housing. I had one flange and two of the holes lined up like this guys and the other three were off. Anyone sure of what flange I need and where I can get it??
Thanks and sorry to hijack the thread.
