Default Question about FMUs

I turboed my civic and i'm still leaning out so maybe you honda-techers can help me out. So heres the deal on my car.....its a 94 Civic DX with stock motor turboed with a greddy 15g kit. I'm running a spearco ic with custom piping. When i bought the kit it was used and the previous owner decided so pass on the blue box and go with FMU and check valves. Instead of searching for a blue box and when ahead and used the same setup. When the turbo was installed i took it for a ride and the car was leaning out a lot so i went and bought an inline fuel pump. Its still leaning out so me and my friends came to the conclusion that its because the ratio of the fmu is wrong. My question is, if i open up the fmu would i be able to tell which disk i have or not. ALso if i just take a chance and just buy the 12:1 disk and it still leans out what else could be the problem?
