if im gonna run 6 psi on my sohc civic, and im gonna run a vortech fmu, do i need a hi-flo fuel pump too? or can i just run the fmu and some check valves? need your help. already bought the parts except fuel pump. or would a greddy blue box be better? why?

With an FMU you better get a Bosch inline dude. It is the best bet for handling high pressures of the FMU setup.

For 6psi, yes. If you go higher you will want to consider injectors and a VAFC.
