This weekend, while filling up the tank and checking the oil, I checked out the engine bay. Around the transmission mount, on the bellhousing ... I noticed some tiny cracks around it. Has anyone seen this before?

 

I think that's normal, part of the process of making it. My GS-R has that too, if I remember correctly. It isn't really cracks, it's something on the surface.

 

Those aren't cracks...they are just a result of the sand casting process.No need to worry about it.
