Default how much power at 15 psi with this setup??

here is the setup:
ls block, stock sleeves (block guard)
81.25 je pistons
9.1:1 compression
eagle rods
balanced crank
type r head, cams,
edlebroke intake manifold, port matched to head,
skunk2 springs,retainers and cam gears
msd 6al
drag turbo kit
550 injectors
s100 hondata
the turbo is a t3t4 ( .57 trim, .63 A/R)
on the dyno the deltagate waste gate wont hold the boost, 6psi till like 6500rpm after that boost spike to like 11 psi then drop to like 5psi and so on
the down pipe is 2.25 inches
it made 301 hp and 210 ft/lb torque, graphs will be posted soon

how much power u guys think its gonna do may be at 15 to 17 psi (thats if the injectors will supply enough fuel)???
*will tune with c16 and open downpipe

any comments are welcome, please let me know what u guys think

I would get yourself a Tial WG ASAP. If you made 300HP at 11 psi I would guess 15 would yield you around 350-360. Anyone else have any thoughts?

get rid of the delta gate, a tial or HKS would be far superior. I haven't heard much review of the new Turbonetics wastegate, but it could be promising. Anyway, make sure your manifold to wastegate openings are the same diameter or damn close or you'll always get boost spikes and excess heat. I didnt know skunk2 made turbo cams, because if your using N/A cams you should sell them and get some turbo grind cams. The arent really optimal for boost. Look for a cam with lots of duration and dont worry about lift, its not really effective in a boosted motor. Looks like a bitchin set up, good power, i'd say the injectors should hold and you could easily see 350-380hp because your boost was spiking, meaning your previous tune wasn't acurate for the constant 11psi you could hit, it was for a spike. good work

I think your injectors will duty cycle out around 340hp or so. That turbo is small, as is the downpipe, so you might top out there anyway.

i already bought a tail wastegate, and my cams are itr ( i was thinkin about turbo cams )
and its powerfull, i ran a 12.1 @ 118mph 60ft is 2.1## 1/8 92mph
now when u said that the manifold to wastegate opening should be close did u mean the vacum opening?
cause even with the tail wastegate ( 9psi spring) when i pass 8krpm the boost gradualy increase to like 13-14psi, someone told me it could be the drag manifold is what causin the boost spike!!

thanks everyone for replyin

i have a simliar set up with a stock head... with 550 injectors they were at 100% duty cycle... at 340 to the wheels at 13 psi with that same turbo... I'd invest in some bigger injectors for sure. I didn't, and ended up running too lean, which in turn caused some serious damange to my motor.

On my old old set up I was running the drag manifold & deltagate and noticed a tad bit of spiking... went from about 7.5 to about 8.5 on occasion. I can't tell you whether it was the wastegate or manifold....

does anyone make bigger saturated injectors for obd-1?

I know MSD makes custom injectors, others may as well, but I have never checked.....would be WAY too much. Get a resistor box for $30 and get some 720's for $300, sell yours. That's what I'm doing when my bottom end is built.

I had read that the drag manifold could cause spike before, but I used to have it on my EG w/LST, I had no boost creep at all, that was with the deltagate too, but they are hit-n-miss when it comes to creep. Sometimes they creep out of the box, sometimes they are ok for 2 years and all of a sudden.....boom.
