its all in the tuning. Stock GSR cams are some of the best cams out there to use for boost because of the low duration. W/NA cams though, if you just dial out some of the overlap w/the cam gears, you should be fine.

I havent done anything yet, Im just trying to find out will it be a waste of money to add internals. Someone told me a long time ago that they read some where that they dynoed a JRSC with after market cams and it actually lost power.
Usually by "internals", you're talking about stuff in the block i.e. pistons, rods, etc. I don't see how they could make you make any less power (Unless you dropped compression). Cams on the other hand, I'd stick with GSR cams as said earlier. Almost everyone I know running boost (turbo/super) around here swap to those cams because of the duration.
