For now i just want to get everything up and runnng, only running about 5.8 psi on my stock motor, i will eventually built my block, im thinking about 2.0L in about a year or so, until then i only want to run low boost and see how that does..

 

I would ditch all the spark stuff, go with a inline pro manifold, tial wastegate, precision intercooler, and go with a 3" downpipe and full exhaust. Everyone will have a different opinion, but based on the stuff I've learned from this forum, those would be my changes.

 

I just want a basic setup for now, you think i'll be fine with what i have? I got a killer deal on my setup, but will probably get different mani, WG, etc. in the future. DO you also think my TO4B is too big for what ill be boosting? I get a lot of different responses...

 

may i ask how much your getting that turbo for?

 

Do you have the turbo yet? Can you take pics/measurements? Do you see any AR markings on the castings? It really depends on the size of the turbo. As for a temporary setup since you got it for a good deal, it'll work fine.... probably have some turbo lag considering the dp/exhaust/turbo combo you'll be using.

 

From what I am learning that 2.5" exhaust is going to be very restrictive. Try and get 3". kteller sells nice stuff and you can find thermals for around $450 + shipping if your a baller!

I think your set up sounds ok. The sparks manifold may crack from the weight. Try welding on a support bracket to the block. With a turbo that big you also might expect to feel a lot of turbo lag. A t3/t4 may have been a better choice. You also could look into getting a smaller exhaust housing put on it.
